IV Insertion Workshop

Serlea Jones, Founder & Lead Instructor of Veinbliss Elite, is a nationally certified phlebotomist, clinical trainer, and healthcare entrepreneur with over 13 years of experience in patient care, laboratory services, and mobile wellness.
Her passion for phlebotomy began with a desire to make every patient feel seen, safe, and respected. After working in hospitals, diagnostic labs, and outpatient centers, Serlea saw a need for more compassionate, on-demand care — especially for individuals who struggle with traditional lab environments. That’s what led her to launch Veinbliss Elite: a luxury mobile phlebotomy service designed to bring clinical expertise and comfort directly to the client’s door.
As the founder of Veinbliss Elite Phlebotomy School, Serlea now teaches future healthcare professionals how to thrive in a high-demand field with confidence, precision, and purpose.
